How the Go Driver app works

The Driver app is designed to be convenient and easy to use. Here's how it works:
Going online
The Driver app is always available. When you're ready to start driving, simply open the app and tap "Start."
Accepting trip requests
Once you're online, you'll automatically start receiving trip requests from passengers in your area. Your phone will emit a notification sound and display the earnings amount upfront. You can choose to accept or decline the request by tapping the appropriate button.
Turn-by-turn directions
The app includes turn-by-turn navigation to help you find your customer and reach their destination efficiently. If you prefer to use a third-party navigation system, you can easily switch to it.
Earnings with every trip
After each trip, you can view your earnings and track your progress toward your daily and weekly earning goals. Your earnings are automatically transferred to your bank account every week.
Stay up-to-date
The app keeps you informed about everything from upcoming events and earning opportunities to information about your account and new features. Whenever you receive a new message, a badge will appear on your photo in the top right corner of your map screen. Simply tap on the badge to read your messages.
Learn how to use the app
If you need assistance using the app, you can access helpful tips and informative videos by tapping your photo in the top right corner of your map screen, and then selecting "Help" above "Account."
Track your earnings
You can easily track your earnings progress by accessing your earnings summaries with just a tap. Tap the fare icon on your map screen, then swipe right and left to explore your earnings.
