HOW TO TRANSFER FUNDS
GoPay allows you to transfer your money across multiple banks. You can easily send it to yourself and others once you have sufficient balance in your wallet.

You can easily transfer funds from your GoPay wallet through the following steps:
1. Login into your GoCaby App and tap on 'GoPay'
2. Select 'Transfer' option
3. You have the option to choose between transferring through a 'Bank Account' or 'GoPay Wallet'
- For transfers using a bank account, kindly select 'Bank Account'
4. Kindly provide the details of the recipient - 'Bank name', 'Account number', & 'Amount'
Then tap on 'Continue' to confirm the details of the transaction.
Enter the recipient's 'GoTag' and the amount.
Note: A GoTag is a 10-digit number available on the profile section of your app.
Are there limits on how much I can transfer?
Daily transaction limit is 150,000 and Minimum is 50 naira daily
How long does a transfer take?
Most transfers are instant. However, transfers to other banks may take 1-2 business days if there is a downtime with the internet provider or bank.
