If a passenger has caused a mess in your vehicle that requires significant cleaning and prevents you from taking further trips, please let us know as soon as possible so we can assist you. We understand that this can be frustrating, and we want to make sure you receive the support you need.
In some cases, we may be able to reimburse you for the cost of cleaning. To initiate the reimbursement process, please submit a photo of the mess within three business days of the trip ending. We'll review the photo and determine an appropriate flat fee, if applicable.
Please note that if a passenger is found to be responsible for the mess, they will be charged a cleaning fee. If the evidence provided is insufficient or we're not able to identify the responsible passenger, we may not be able to provide reimbursement.
