Requests from Underage rider

To use Gocaby, riders must be 18 or older. If a rider is under 18, they must be accompanied by someone who is 18 or older. As a driver in a city that prohibits minors from riding alone, it is important to decline any ride requests if you suspect the rider is under 18.
If you are unsure, you can ask the rider to show their ID for confirmation. If you determine that a rider is underage, please do not start the trip or allow them to ride.
